Welcome to the Pack 25 at Regents School of Austin website.
Pack 25 serves the needs of families enrolled at Regents School of Austin, an independent school based on a classical, Christian mission. Pack 25 is part of the Thunderbird District of the Capitol Area Council #564.
Since its beginning, the Cub Scout program has been a fun and educational experience concerned with values. Besides providing a positive place where boys can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, Cub Scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service. Learn More About Cub Scouting, at the official Cub Scout homepage.
Pack 25 currently consists of boys from grades K though 5, broken up in Dens based on grade level:
- Lion Cubs (Kindergarten)
- Tiger Cubs (1st grade)
- Wolf (2nd grade)
- Bear (3rd grade)
- 1st-year Webelos (4th grade)
- 2nd-year Webelos, Arrow of Light (5th grade)
Each Den ranges in size from 5 to 15+ boys, and arranges their own Den Meetings according to the Den Leader and Parent schedule.
We have many events throughout the year, including summertime activities! We have a fall and spring campout, a Winter overnighter (usually at a Zoo, Battleship, or Submarine), a Raingutter Regatta, and the Pinewood Derby.
The Pack meets together once a month to recognize all Scouts for their achievements. This meeting is usually the Second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM at Regents Chimney Rock in the Nature Center.
